Role Purpose:
Business Development Managers at Natilik are responsible for pursuing net new logos, identifying target markets and acquiring key strategic clients through a fair value exchange, selling across all of Natilik’s propositions. This person will drive adoption of Natilik’s solutions and services, specifically across the Collaboration and Contact Centre technology stacks, by landing new opportunities for Natilik and helping Clients adopt our solutions and services.
Main activities, tasks & duties:
Manage the entire long form sales cycle, from opportunity discovery through to close.
Identify clients that Natilik’s value proposition can positively impact.
Build relationships with potential Natilik clients, and existing Natilik partners.
Develop and leverage lead sources within Marketing, our partners, and other channels to discover new opportunities.
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
Develop relationships within Natilik, allowing you to provide a more complete and efficient service to our clients.
Take fiscal responsibility for the financial integrity of deals/contracts.
Continue to learn and gain knowledge of Natilik’s value propositions as they evolve and grow.

· Continuous learner: Someone that’s constantly looking at ways to improve their sales approach and their industry knowledge.
· Diligent Documenter: Making sure we’re capturing the right information in the right systems throughout the process.
· Time Management: Highly organised and capable of prioritising your workload based on customer requirements.
· Professionalism: Appropriately representing Natilik when engaging with customers and partners, while also treating colleagues with respect.
Experience & Knowledge:
· Proven success in a new business acquisition role, specifically in the technology services industry.

· Knowledge of and experience selling Collaboration solutions is also desirable.
· Understanding of Client business, vertical and competitive sets.
· Understanding of Focus Partners propositions.
