The role
Natilik is seeking a highly driven and experienced Technology Sales Specialist to sell net new collaboration managed services into Natilik’s existing client base. The individual will be selling Natilik’s:
Collaboration Managed Services portfolio, centred around CaaS (Collaboration as a Service) based on Cisco WebEx Calling, Microsoft Teams
RaaS (Room as a Service) based on Cisco or Neat video endpoint solutions.
COMaaS (Compliance as a Service) based on Theta Lake technology into Microsoft Teams & Cisco collaboration clients.
The successful candidate will be an expert relationship builder with a strong track record in upselling and cross-selling to established customers, particularly within mid-market and enterprise segments.
Key responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through the sale of collaboration managed services into existing client accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand client usage of Cisco WebEx Calling, Microsoft Teams voice, and collaboration endpoints (Cisco, Neat).
Work closely with account management teams to develop account plans and strategies for growth.
Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders (CIOs, Heads of IT, UC Managers).
Collaborate with internal technical pre-sales and delivery teams to develop and propose tailored solutions.
Educate clients on the benefits of evolving their collaboration environments and adopting managed services.
Maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and activity records using CRM tools.
Stay current with collaboration technology trends, licensing models, and vendor roadmaps to inform client conversations.
Job requirements
Required experience & skills
Minimum 5 years’ direct experience selling collaboration solutions and services (WebEx Calling, Microsoft Teams voice, endpoints) into existing accounts.
Experience in an Overlay Sales role (collaboration) is desired and preferred.
Demonstrable track record of revenue growth and overachievement through upselling and expanding within a customer base.
In-depth understanding of the collaboration landscape, including cloud calling, video conferencing, and endpoints from Cisco and Neat.
Experience navigating and influencing complex stakeholder groups within client organisations.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation skills.
Familiarity with account planning and customer success strategies.
Desirable qualifications
Vendor certifications from Cisco or Microsoft in collaboration technologies.
Experience working with or for managed service providers (MSPs).
Understanding of Direct Routing, SBCs, and integration between Microsoft Teams and third-party telephony platforms.
Exposure to lifecycle management and adoption strategies for UC and video solutions.
